Tips & strategy for Word Puzzle Symphony
Word Puzzle Symphony combines word puzzles about letters, famous names and famous places with calm orchestral music. Each puzzle comes with a clue, which is often the fastest route to the answer.
- Read the clue first and think of a few possible answers before you look at the letters.
- Count the letters. Knowing the answer has seven letters rules out many guesses straight away.
- For famous places, think about capital letters and well-known endings such as -land, -ia and -burg.
- If a word will not come, move a likely ending such as -ING or -ER to the end and look again.
- Keep your streak going by taking a short pause on hard puzzles instead of guessing.
Who it suits: Ages 7 and up, and very popular with adults who enjoy crosswords and quizzes.
