By accessing Nerdania, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Free Trial & Subscriptions
We offer a free trial period. After the trial, your selected plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid charges. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Nerdania, including but not limited to: sharing your account, attempting to access admin areas, scraping content, or using the platform for commercial quiz distribution without written permission.
4. Intellectual Property
All quiz content, design, and code belong to Nerdania. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.
5. Refunds
Refunds are offered within 7 days of initial payment for new subscriptions. Contact hello@nerdania.com.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nerdania is provided as-is. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
