1. Who we are

Nerdania.com is operated by CodeLuma Development, Nova Scotia, Canada. Contact: mike@codeluma.ca.

2. Playing the games

Every game on Nerdania is free to play in your browser. No account is required. We ask for nothing but your attention, and we do not show advertising for adult products, gambling or dating.

Game progress, levels and personal best scores are stored on your own device. Clearing your browser data, using a different device or using private browsing will lose that progress. We cannot restore it.

3. Paid apps

Where offered, you may buy the Android app (APK) or the installable web app for the one-off price shown at checkout. Payment is taken by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

A purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use that app on devices you own. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage or publish our apps.

Your licence key lets you re-download the app at any time from our Find my download page. Keep it safe — it is the proof of purchase. If you lose it, contact us with your Square receipt and we will look it up.

4. All sales are final — no refunds

All payments made on Nerdania.com are non-refundable, and all downloads are non-refundable. Because every purchase is a digital product that is delivered immediately and in full at the moment of payment, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, credits or cancellations once a payment has completed — whether or not the app has been downloaded or installed.

Before buying, please play the free browser version of the game so you know exactly what you are getting. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read and accepted this no-refund policy and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation you might otherwise have for digital content.

This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If a payment was taken in error, or was made without the cardholder's permission, contact us at mike@codeluma.ca and we will investigate.

5. Android apps

Our APKs are distributed directly from this website and not through Google Play. Android may warn you when installing an app from outside the Play Store; this is normal. You are responsible for checking that your device meets the app's requirements. Only download our APKs from nerdania.com — files from anywhere else are not ours and may not be safe.

6. Fair use

Do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or interfere with the site or its payment system, and do not use it in a way that breaks any law. We may block access if you do.

7. Availability

We try to keep every game up and working, but the site is provided "as is" and without any guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults. To the fullest extent the law allows, CodeLuma Development is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Children

Nerdania is made for families. The games require no account and collect no personal details from players. Purchases must be made by an adult, or with the permission of the adult who owns the payment card.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the current version always applies.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
